the Company was registered under the Companies Act No. 17 of 1982 on 28th December 2006 and subsequently has been amalgamated with Global Housing & Real Estates Limited with effect from 03rd April 2008 under the companies Act No.07 of 2007, and received the Amalgamation Certificate subsequently. |
