Global Leasing Limited is a Public Liability
Company incorporated and domiciled in Sri Lanka. Initially,
the Company was registered under the Companies Act No. 17 of
1982 on 28th December 2006 and subsequently has been amalgamated
with Global Housing & Real Estates Limited with effect from
03rd April 2008 under the Companies Act No.07 of 2007, and received
the Amalgamation Certificate subsequently. Since then, we have
built up a varied product portfolio serving a broad client base.
Our user friendly product range, Islandwide outreach and strong
foundation of talented management and staff have made the Company
immensely profitable. We are now a one of major contributor
to the success of our group.
